Mattel Rescue Heroes pair Bill Barker & Ben Choppin mix-n-match backpacks tools

Description

The backpacks are attached to the tools.  The backpacks can be used on either character.  The action figures have jointed legs, shoulders and elbows.  Their heads rotate. Ben Choppin, the lumberjack, swings his right arm down when you push down on his backpack.  When you push on the yellow lever on the backpack it makes a noise.
The best thing about these action figures is the large feet. They keep their balance and are easy for young children to use.
